About us

We love welcoming guests. We love opening a bottle of champagne, slicing freshly baked homemade bread, and spreading it generously with duck liver pâté or caviar.
We love stepping into the sauna, letting our minds unwind as we take in the panoramic views. Savoring an October evening under the vineyard pergola with good music, delicious food, and wine — or making mulled wine by an open fire in the Christmas snowfall. Or simply, after a long summer night of laughter and music, cleaning up at dawn to the sound of birdsong. This is the environment we live in. Here we spend time with our loved ones, preparing for special occasions and celebrations — or just gathering spontaneously on an ordinary weekday evening.

It all started with a family home. Then came a small guesthouse for relatives. Over time, the terrace grew, more chairs appeared, and more neighbors and friends joined us. We realized this is what we love most: sharing food, drinks, and simple moments — just being, like one big family. Our travels and culinary adventures inspired us to create this place — to build Casa Slárku and to share with others what we love so dearly.
We believe that homemade is best: homegrown tomatoes, bread kneaded and baked by Dad, fresh focaccia, jam and pálinka made from fruits picked right from the garden.

Our dream came true when this estate was finally completed. Although every member of our family excels in a different profession, we are united by the CASA, by the golden lights of dusk, summer house music by the garden beach, October rains, and the first snow of winter. And this is exactly the feeling we wish to share with our guests. This is us — and we warmly welcome you!
